Act as general reception for the clinic, welcoming patients and visitors, answering phones, registering patients, and scheduling appointments in a professional and courteous manner. The Clinic Receptionist is also responsible for collecting patient payments and performing other basic clerical duties as required.
Provides patient care in the office setting; provides premier care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides premier care that reflects the mission of the District. This position is under the supervision of a Physician and office manager. Communicates with Physicians and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
The Referral Coordinator’s primary job function will be processing referrals for new and existing patients. This position will also provide support in answering phones and demonstrate excellent customer service with patients. The Referral Coordinator may also collect patient payments and perform other basic clerical duties as required.
